Cherokee
Recently I have become somewhat obsessed with midwinters cherokee design, it's uber hard to come by but I'm building up a collection of the lovely stuff. Cherokee was designed by the amazing Jessie Tait between 1957-60. It really is a thing of great beauty.

Lovely lamps.....
Whilst perusing my kingdom (of which I am the Queen) and that would sadly be ebay! I stumbled upon these beautiful camp lamps. How cute are they! I believe Bambi is a 1950's Japanese creation and that Ms Poodle is 50's Italian, If only I had an enormous house!

Arthur Wood Cat
So looking at this cat you might not realise that she has a purpose in life other than looking uber cute! She is a string dispenser and has a place for scissors to be stored on the side of her face. She was designed by Arthur Wood in the 1960s, how cute is she! Dog to follow......

It's been a while....
Hello pottery fans, it's been a very long time. I have been in hot pursuit of fabulous vintage pottery, here are a few of my recent acquisitions. The above is a gorgeous Flowermist tureen designed by Jessie Tait in 1956, this picture really does not do it justice, it's a thing of great beauty. The very lovely trio is also by the delectable Ms Tait, it's called Border Stripe, It's from the mid 50's and is very hard to come by.
